My name is Courtenay and I facilitate rapid transformation!

I bring my clients back to who they truly are, achieving radical change in their lives by facilitating clarity, connection and releasing them from what is holding them back. 

 

Having experienced years of my own trauma, psychological and sexual abuse, I spent most of my life in fight or flight.

I became completely disconnected from myself and others and as a result, was left with a crippling inability to let go, trust and be authentic in my relationships, not to mention intense remorse if I ever did allow myself the freedom to lose control...

My past had devastating effects on my relationships, both inside and often outside the bedroom.

 

Spending half my life alone and fearing I'd never be "normal", investing years and countless dollars in therapy, I was convinced there had to be a more efficient way to resolve these issues once and for all. 

 

My resulting passion for healthy and fast trauma recovery led me to enlisting the assistance of Dr. Tad James, Dr. Adriana James, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bradley Nelson, Tony Robbins, and the most profound forms of psychological intervention possible - Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy®️.

 

Following my own interventions using these powerful techniques, I became uniquely qualified to attest to their efficacy, both personally through my own transformative experiences and my own clients’ results.

My acute understanding of how trauma and past experiences can dictate human behaviour, how this behaviour affects our lives and our ability to be authentic, along with my masters qualifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy®️, allow me to effect rapid change, both with individuals, groups and professional organisations.
