Your purchase of program packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your sessions. To ensure a fair and consistent approach, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:


1. Rescheduling:

   Clients are allowed to reschedule their sessions without incurring any additional charges. However, rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Any requests received within 48 hours of the session will be subject to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.


2. Cancellations:

   Clients may cancel their sessions at any time; however, please note that no refunds on deposits or pre-paid sessions will be issued for canceled sessions.


3. Notice of Cancellation:

   If you wish to cancel a session, please provide us with a written notice via email or other acceptable means of communication. The date and time of your cancellation request will determine whether it falls within the 48-hour notice period.


4. Late Cancellations:

   Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be considered as "late cancellations." In the event of a late cancellation, the client will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling of the session. The session will be deemed as forfeited.


5. Emergencies and Special Circumstances:

   We understand that emergencies and special circumstances may occur. If you encounter a situation that prevents you from attending a session within the 48-hour notice period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case on an individual basis and may consider rescheduling based on the circumstances. However, this will be subject to the availability of the practitioner.


6. No-Shows:

   If a client fails to attend a session without prior notification, it will be considered a "no-show." No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.


7. practitioner Cancellations:

   In the unlikely event that your practitioner needs to cancel a session, every effort will be made to notify you in advance. We will provide you with the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
